Operations Manager – West Midlands

Location: Selly Oak (Head Office) + travel across West Midlands

Salary: £44,965.39 per annum

Hours: 37 per week

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead multiple supported living and residential services. You’ll manage Registered Managers, drive service quality, improve CQC ratings, and ensure strong safeguarding and compliance.

What You’ll Need

• Registered Manager experience (essential)
• Background in autism and/or learning disabilities
• Strong leadership across multiple services
• Good understanding of CQC and safeguarding
• Experience working with commissioners
