About the Role:
As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the operational leadership of multiple nurseries within the region. You’ll work closely with each setting to maintain excellence in care and education, ensure full compliance, and deliver on occupancy and financial targets. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives in a leadership environment and has a clear understanding of what ‘Outstanding’ looks like in the early years.
