Position: Hotel Operations Manager Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 Location: Central London Are you a hands-on hospitality professional with a passion for operational excellence? James Webber Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a prestigious group-owned luxury hotel in London to recruit an experienced Hotel Operations Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity for a commercially aware, guest-focused leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy London property, ensuring first-class service and smooth departmental performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all operational departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage
Lead, coach, and inspire HODs to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Drive operational efficiency, ensuring service standards are consistently met or exceeded
Support the General Manager with strategic planning, budgeting, and reporting
Implement health, safety, and compliance standards across the property
Maintain strong working relationships with guests, team members, and stakeholders
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience as an Operations Manager or Deputy General Manager in a 4* or 5* hotel environment
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Commercially astute with an understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and operational KPIs
Strong knowledge of London's competitive hospitality market
A hands-on, proactive approach with a passion for exceeding guest expectations
