As part of our continued growth, the company is seeking to recruit a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee day-to-day operations, drive efficiency, and support strategic objectives. The Role As Operations Manager, you will provide inspiring and motivational leadership across the Production Department, supporting the smooth and efficient running of all activities. Reporting to the General Manager, you will promote quality and H&S across the team and ensure all customers receive an exceptional and timely service. Specifically, your role will involve: - Preparing customer quotations - Overseeing material ordering and goods inwards - Preparing and managing the weekly production schedule against customer requirements - Overseeing the inspection and completion of goods - Monitoring levels of production consumables - Managing Quality Management Systems - Managing and monitoring Health & Safety - Maintaining all required records - Supporting product development - Providing guidance and training to the team This is a full-time role working 39 hours per week, 08:00 17:00 Mon-Thu and 08:00 13:00 Fri. About You To be considered for the position of Operations Manager, you will need: - Experience of working in a similar role - Excellent leadership skills - Strong IT skills (Excel and Word) - Effective communication and organisational skills - A sound understanding and practical experience of Lean processes
