We're recruiting for a Operations Manager to join our clients growing, fast-paced organisation and play a pivotal role at the heart of their business operations. What You'll Do This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing a small, multi-functional team. Key responsibilities include: Owning the company's data management and MI reporting System admin for the company's CMS and IT platforms Managing company accreditations and compliance Overseeing IT hardware, software, and external providers Fleet and facilities management across multiple sites Leading credit control and customer service functions Acting as the operational glue between teams, systems, and leadership You'll report directly into the Board of Directors , and be empowered to streamline processes, solve problems, and drive operational excellence.
