You will r egularly act as Duty Manager, and alongside your team, ensur e health & safety and compliance regulations are adhered to , maximising member experience.

As Operations Manager we are looking for someone who : Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility)." Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable depts. Experience of financial planning and management." P assionate about customer service."
