Operations Manager - Removals Salary circa 40 - 45K per annum (dependent upon experience) Dartford, Kent DA1 4QN The Doree Bonner International Group is one of the UKs leading removal companies. In line with our ongoing growth, we are looking for a self-motivated, ambitious, confident individual to step into the role of Operations Manager based at our Dartford branch, ready to take their career to the next level. Key Responsibilities Act as the intermediary between the Operations Department and the road crews. Responsible for the management of their team and all job documentation. Spearhead day- to- day operational planning. Oversee training, recruitment, onboarding, and staff retention initiatives. Monitor branch performance and provide monthly reports. Actively engage in Sales and business development. Supervise the warehouse operations. Core Skills Required Excellent communication skills adaptable to all levels of staff. Proficient in efficient planning and adept at problem solving. Highly organised, motivated, with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to prioritise workload effectively. Demonstrated capability to thrive under pressure. Whilst removals experience is preferred, candidates from the transport and logistics sectors will also be considered.
