Domus have an incredibly exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join a growing organisation in the North West that supports Adults with Learning Disabilities.
Reporting into a Managing Director, you will be responsible for the Supported living and Residential services for Adults with Learning Disabilities
This includes responsibility for leading a management team, the management of quality and care standards, cost control, commissioning, employee engagement and retention initiatives, engaging with a spectrum of stakeholders and ensuring regulatory requirements are satisfied.
This is an office based role with regular travel required - candidates must be based within the North West You will have a car and a driving licence.
Key Responsibilities of an Operations Manager :
Lead the regional operations, ensuring high standards of care and support across all services. Drive regulatory compliance (CQC) and embed best practices in safeguarding, quality, and health & safety. Inspire and develop a team of Registered Managers and service leaders to achieve excellence. Manage budgets, staffing, and resources to ensure financial and operational sustainability. Build strong partnerships with commissioners, families, and local authorities.
