Job Description

Lead and develop high-performing production teams within machining and assembly operations
Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, including kaizen and tiered accountability
Own production KPIs and deliver measurable improvements in quality, delivery and cost
Define and deliver strategic investment plans, including capital projects
Support SIOP, MRP and capacity planning to achieve on-time delivery
Develop talent through coaching, succession planning and performance management

Operations Manager

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Degree (or equivalent) in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or similar
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
Proven experience leading production teams in a precision manufacturing environment
Strong lean, CI and change leadership capability
Knowledge of AS9100, IATF 16949 or ISO 9001
