About Winnall Rock School Winnall Rock School (WRS) is a grassroots youth music charity, offering free and low-cost music education to young people aged 10-18 across Winchester. Our inclusive, creative and community-led approach empowers young people to develop confidence, resilience and musical skill. We enable those facing economic disadvantage, neurodiversity, or social isolation, to express themselves and find their voice. Since our founding in 2004, and becoming a registered charity in 2014, WRS has grown into a vital cultural fixture for Winchester's youth. Now, we are entering an exciting period of renewal and growth, and are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to help us secure the future of our work. The Role This role is ideal for a motivated and experienced charity professional who thrives in a multi-disciplinary role. The Operations Manager will take on day-to-day operational responsibility for the delivery of our weekly sessions and programmes, while leading our fundraising efforts to secure long-term sustainability.
