£45,000 to £50,000 depending on experience i+ Benefits

Our client is looking for a proactive and hands-on Operations Manager to elevate their customer service and order fulfilment processes to a world-class standard. You’ll work closely with the COO, Head of Logistics, and Customer Service teams, acting as the vital bridge between these functions to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
The Role
As Operations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the company’s growth, designing and implementing processes that set the standard for operational excellence. Your work will directly shape how the brand delivers for its customers, ensuring every interaction and order reflects the precision and creativity they’re known for.

What You’ll Do
Revolutionise Operations: Lead the transformation of customer service and logistics into a seamless, world-class operation that defines industry standards.
Strategies for Growth: Collaborate with leadership to create and execute innovative strategies that drive scalability, efficiency, and operational excellence.
Master Fulfilment: Oversee warehouse operations, implementing cutting-edge practices to ensure every order is fulfilled with speed, precision, and care.
Be the Connector: Act as the vital link between logistics, customer service, and leadership teams, ensuring alignment and smooth collaboration across departments.
Drive Data-Driven Decisions: Analyse key metrics, uncover trends, and use insights to solve problems, streamline processes, and continuously improve performance.
What We’re Looking For To Be Shortlisted - The must have shopping list
Proven Leader: 5+ years of experience in operations management, within a fashion clothing brand with a track record of delivering results.
Fulfilment Expert: Demonstrated success in optimising warehouse operations, streamlining fulfilment processes, and improving customer service performance.
Analytical Powerhouse: A sharp, data-driven thinker who can interpret metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions that drive measurable improvements.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient with e-commerce platforms, WMS/IMS tools, and CRM systems, with the ability to leverage technology to enhance operations.
Streetwear Enthusiast: Passionate about urban culture and delivering exceptional customer experiences that reflect the brand’s identity.
Collaborative Visionary: A natural leader who thrives on teamwork, accountability, and inspiring others to achieve their best.
South London based ideally (with warehouse facilities based that way and the role split between there and the central London office ) and eligible to work in the Uk
