Leeds, with regional projects across Yorkshire & the North Full time, permanent £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience Company vehicle + performance bonus Please Note: Applicants must be authorised to work in the UK Our client is a Leeds-based specialist contractor delivering high-quality refurbishment, maintenance, and small new-build projects across Yorkshire and the North. The Role This is a practical, site-focused role where you'll be out on projects, ensuring everything is running as it should: on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. You'll be the person who: Visits sites regularly to ensure works are progressing as planned Acts as the main point of contact for clients Supports site teams and resolves day-to-day issues Keeps projects organised, compliant, and running efficiently Key Responsibilities: Oversee multiple projects from prestart to completion Ensure works are delivered on time, within budget and to specification Plan and coordinate resources (labour, plant, materials) across multiple sites Conduct client meetings, deliver progress reports and manage handovers Promote strong safety culture across all sites Prepare CDM documentation, including RAMS, CPP etc Lead site start-up meetings and enforce compliance with H&S and quality standards Monitor progress, track variations, and manage project budgets Monitor workmanship and compliance with manufacturers specifications What's in it for you? You might be: An experienced roofing or cladding installer ready to step into a supervisory/management role OR already working as a Site Supervisor, Site Manager, or Project Supervisor looking for your next move What you'll bring: Solid experience in roofing and/or cladding projects (industrial/commercial preferred) Good understanding of site operations, sequencing, and common issues Confident communicating with site teams and clients Ability to organise workloads across multiple sites A proactive, problem-solving mindset – someone who “keeps things moving” Strong awareness of health & safety requirements on site Essential skills and qualifications: SMSTS (or SSSTS with intent to upgrade), CSCS Manager card, First Aid Confident using MS Project, Excel, and digital site reporting tools Experience with RAMS, CPP, or general CDM documentation Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally If you've got a solid background in roofing or cladding and are ready to take the next step, we'd love to hear from you.
