A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager to join their Northern Home Counties Region, overseeing a portfolio of planned maintenance and retrofit projects for housing associations, ALMOs, local authorities, and private sector clients. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, to budget, and in full compliance with regulatory and client requirements. You'll lead a team of Contract Managers, Site Managers, and Resident Liaison Officers across a variety of workstreams.
