Job Description

We have an opportunity for a Highway Maintenance Operations Manager , based in London.

Salary: £85,000 - £95,000pa + Benefits

Applicants must have a demonstrable background in managing UK Highway Maintenance Operations.

Experience Required:

Management of the highway inspections team.

Establishment and maintenance of an annual works programme.

Working closely with sub-contractors to deliver road surfacing, barrier replacement, pothole repair, road marking and other schemes within the highway maintenance portfolio.

Working with the commercial team to establish an annual budget and develop cost controls.

Working with the wider leadership team to ensure a high level of contract performance.
