Our client a Family Office that specialise in Property Investment, are looking for a confident, capable and forward-thinking Operations Manager to lead the operational heartbeat of this professional organisation. This role offers breadth, autonomy, and purpose: you’ll oversee HR, compliance, office management, executive support, internal communications and culture—driving performance, cohesion and wellbeing across the team.

What You’ll Do

    \n\t
  • Oversee daily operations, office resources, budgets and process improvements
  • \n\t
  • Maintain a well-organised and collaborative working environment across departments
  • \n\t
  • Lead and support HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, development, appraisals and employee wellbeing
  • \n\t
  • Act as the GDPR Officer and ensure compliance with policies, health & safety and corporate governance Provide board reports, coordinate executive meetings and ensure company records are up to date Organise staff communications and lead company events and social programmes
  • \n\t
  • Collaborate with the IT Manager to shape and communicate an ICT strategy
  • \n\t
  • Line manage the Operations Assistant to help them thrive and grow

You’ll Bring

\n\n
    \n\t
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in operational leadership
  • \n\t
  • Strong understand of HR polices is extremely advantageous
  • \n\t
  • Strong people management, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills
  • \n\t
  • Excellent working knowledge of Office 365 and organisational compliance
  • \n\t
  • Proactive, highly organised approach with an eye for detail and service excellence
  • \n\t
  • Calm under pressure, emotionally intelligent and a positive collaborator High level of discretion, credibility and integrity
