What you’ll do

  • Build accurate quotes and itineraries at speed
  • Finalise every element of a client’s trip — flights, bookings, upgrades, special touches
  • Keep diaries moving and follow up on leads with Travel Experts
  • Maintain the client portal and internal systems from deposit to departure
  • Liaise with suppliers and ground teams to confirm arrangements and resolve issues
  • Issue tickets, process payments, and complete quality checks
  • Coordinate post‑travel feedback and support continuous service improvements
  • Help with events, stock, and occasional out‑of‑hours support
