Acting as a trusted day-to-day point of contact for retail clients Supporting the planning, setup, and execution of campaigns across multiple national accounts Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deployment aligned with promotional cycles Monitoring timelines, budgets, and deliverables, escalating issues where required Maintaining accurate documentation of operational activity and client communications Supporting account managers with managing client expectations and resolving operational issues Identifying and contributing to process improvements to enhance efficiency Ensuring compliance with company policies, advertising standards, and industry requirements Assisting with reporting and performance tracking to measure operational success and client satisfaction Experience & Skills Required
Experience in operations, project coordination, or account support Background in retail media, digital signage, or a related environment is advantageous Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Comfortable using Microsoft applications and learning new systems such as CRM and project management tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines Proactive problem-solving approach with a strong customer focus Why Apply?
