Operations Director - Nationwide Up to £100,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus We're working with a well-established and growing multi-site hospitality business with a strong presence across the UK. This is a unique opportunity to join as Operations Director , overseeing a portfolio of high-performing, branded quick-service restaurants. You'll be responsible for leading a team of Area Managers and driving operational excellence across all sites. We're looking for a strategic, people-focused leader who understands how to balance commercial performance with team development and customer satisfaction. The Role: Lead and inspire a team of Area/District Managers across a multi-site estate * Set and execute clear operational strategy in line with company vision * Drive performance across people, customer, sales, and profit metrics * Deliver consistent operational standards, customer satisfaction, and growth * Coach and develop future leaders within the business * Work closely with senior stakeholders on expansion, innovation, and change management initiatives About You: Proven multi-site operational leadership experience within QSR, retail or branded hospitality * Highly commercial, with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities * A hands-on, people-first leader with excellent communication skills * Able to operate at both a strategic and operational level * Full UK driving licence required This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operator to make a real impact within a people-led, performance-driven business.
