To coordinate the activities of a team of Service engineer’s involved in reactive and planned work within designated regions, remotely interrogate refrigeration systems, efficiently prioritize and schedule work load based on severity and parts availability. *Key Responsibilities:* * Accessing remote monitoring systems to interrogate data and assess required actions. * Ensuring efficient use of engineers to meet SLA and KPI targets. * Compiling reports and completing client specific documentation. * Receiving service calls from the clients. * Updating the Service Management computer system. * Allocating calls to the Service engineers. * Maintaining communication between the clients and the Service engineers. * Recording service department activity and engineer’s movements. * Coordinating part supply to engineers. * Arranging ‘case clean’ and ‘return maintenance’ programmes. * To comply with the Company’s Health & Safety, Environmental and ISO processes and procedures. * To promote the Company’s image in a professional manner Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year Benefits: * Company pension Application question(s): * Why do you believe you are a good fit for this role?
