About the Role:
An exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised Operations and HR Lead to join a fast-paced academy environment. You'll take ownership of office operations, lead the admin team, and manage key HR processes while supporting senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
Lead daily office operations and administration
Manage, train, and develop the admin team
Oversee HR processes including recruitment and absence management
Maintain systems and records (Arbor)
Support senior leadership with key operational tasks
Experience and Skills Required:
Experience in HR, operations, or administration
Strong organisation and communication skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and MIS systems
Professional, adaptable, and able to meet deadlines
