Job Description

Morgan Hunt are working with a large public sector organisation to recruit a number of operations analysts on a contract basis. The role is on a hybrid working basis, and will require someone to be on site in the Glasgow office once per week. The purpose of the role is to support the delivery of operational objectives, working across a number of portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing a range of frontline operational services to customers and internal/external service users
• Liaising with teams within and outside of their own direct team to understand and prioritise workload
• Managing certificates and supporting payments to scheme participants
• Dealing with reviews and contacting relevant teams and people to manage more complicated cases to conclusion
• Handling applications, audit cases and amendment processes
• Assist on investigations into participants or supplier activities that may be non-compliant with the rules or have caused harm to energy consumers
• Meeting the team's Key Performance Indicator targets
• Supporting all aspects of operations and scheme related work
• Proactively review procedures and suggest improvements

• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to scrutinise and evaluate evidence
• Organisation and prioritisation skills
• Ability to establish and maintain working relationships (internally and externally)
• Good team player and able to work on own initiative

14.74 per hour PAYE
Contract until 31/03/26
Hybrid working (Glasgow office)
