Operational Controls and Governance Manager

Hunter Bond is seeking a talented and motivated individual to oversee business controls across the organisation, as well as perform a regular Quality Assurance checking program to ensure compliance and promote risk awareness throughout.

The role also involves identifying and implementing process improvements, such as Straight Through Processing, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in operational workflows and embedded controls.

This is a newly created position within a supportive and high-performing team. An excellent opportunity!

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Experience in managing, setting, and testing controls in operations within banking or financial services.
• Regulatory knowledge and understanding.
• A positive personality and a strong desire to accomplish tasks.

Salary: Up to £70,000 + bonus + package

Location: London (with good work-from-home options)
