At Dignity, we're on a mission to improve the end-of-life experience for families nationwide. As part of our continued growth, we're building a highly technical in-house marketing function that uses insight, experimentation and AI-powered tools to drive real commercial impact across our brands.

We're looking for an

Online Social Content Manager

to help shape this function from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to own our social and online content strategy, working alongside experts in performance marketing, brand, design and data to build best-in-class campaigns that truly make a difference.

What you'll be doing You will own how Dignity uses social and online platforms to drive reach, engagement and measurable business growth.

This includes:

Platform strategy

Developing channel-specific strategies across YouTube, Meta, podcasts and emerging platforms Planning and delivering campaigns and content formats that drive conversion Running structured experimentation through A/B testing, funnel optimisation and performance testing Content & campaign delivery

Supporting brand campaigns with high-performing social and online content Ensuring our SEO and research strategies are reflected across all content channels Working with design, brand and performance teams to deploy platform-optimised content SEO & discoverability

Understanding how platform algorithms work and how content ranks and distributes Conducting keyword and intent research to optimise content Building metadata and tagging structures that maximise discoverability and search-intent traffic Analytics & optimisation

Implementing tracking across platforms (UTMs, pixels, server-side tracking, YouTube, Meta, TikTok etc.) Building dashboards and performance reports with data teams Analysing performance across engagement, retention, CTR, conversion and incremental value Using insights to continuously improve creative, targeting and posting strategy How success will be measured

Growth in reach, engagement and conversions across platforms Quality and performance of content supporting brand and SEO strategies Effective use of testing, analytics and optimisation Strong collaboration across marketing and data teams Clear reporting of impact and performance W hat we're looking for You'll be someone who combines creativity with technical and analytical thinking.

You will ideally bring:

Hands-on experience running social or online content campaigns that drive growth and commercial results Experience using A/B testing, experimentation and funnel optimisation Strong understanding of how platforms like YouTube, Meta and podcasts work Confidence working with data, dashboards and performance reporting Experience collaborating across marketing, brand, design and analytics teams Technical skills

Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, Meta, TikTok or similar SEO, keyword and intent research UTM tracking, pixels and server-side tracking Content management and publishing tools Performance dashboards and reporting About you

Maidenhead at least 3 days per week , with occasional travel for team or strategic work.
