The Online Assistant Trading Manager role is based in Borehamwood with a hybrid working model (2-3 days in the office, remaining days from home). The company is a multi-billion-pound jewelry business offering excellent benefits and clear career progression.

Your responsibilities include delivering an engaging shopping experience by integrating data-driven strategies with visual presentation. You will support the optimization of promotions, develop the customer journey, and create a content plan aligned with the business trading strategy. Additionally, you will coordinate website content and promotional visibility, and present insights during digital trade meetings to identify trends and opportunities for performance improvement.

Candidates should demonstrate strong task management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. A working knowledge of merchandising processes, procedures, and systems is required. Proven analytical skills, attention to detail, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Content Management Systems, Product Information Management, Analytics, and trading tools are essential.
