The Role - One-to-One Teaching Assistant: Provide focused 1:1 support throughout the school day

Help manage attention, behaviour, and transitions

Implement strategies from the child's EHCP and SEN plans

Support learning across core subjects

Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to ensure consistency

The Ideal One-to-One Teaching Assistant Will: Have experience supporting children with ASD and/or ADHD

Be calm, resilient, and patient
