Job Description
Fixed term contract for a top Office Manager with a background in luxury brands to take full ownership of the smooth running of a busy London office, managing front-of-house, acting as the central liaison between departments, and overseeing facilities, HR processes, and health & safety compliance.
\n\nYou’ll need to be highly organised, approachable, and calm under pressure, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities at once. This is a role for someone who thrives working autonomously and who brings strong office management experience within a professional, fast-paced environment

- Overseeing the smooth running of a busy office \n\t
- Managing the front of house team \n\t
- Liaising with all departments to ensure seamless communication \n\t
- Managing facilities, suppliers and office upkeep \n\t
- Supporting HR-related administration and onboarding \n\t
- Maintaining health & safety protocols and compliance \n\t
- Acting as the go-to person for any office-related needs \n

Who you are

- A seasoned Office Manager with proven experience in a standalone role \n\t
- Confident working autonomously with minimal guidance \n\t
- Calm under pressure and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease \n\t
- Approachable, professional, and a natural communicator \n\t
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail \n\t
- Strong understanding of facilities, HR processes, and health & safety \n\t
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and always one step ahead \n\t
- Comfortable being the go-to person and wearing many hats \n\t
- Polished and presentable as you will be the face of the office \n
