Office Manager - South London - MondayFriday (20 hours per week) - Up to £50,000We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to join one of the UKs leading sporting clubs based in South London. This is a part-time role (approximately 4 hours per day) with flexibility around working hours.This position is ideal for a proactive individual who can take ownership of office operations, HR processes, and compliance, while acting as a key point of contact for staff and management.Key Responsibilities:Managing employment contracts and maintaining accurate employee recordsAdministering payroll processesActing as the first point of contact for HR-related queriesEnsuring compliance with GDPR, CASC regulations, and general office policiesManaging health & safety requirements, including risk assessmentsHandling complaints, investigations, and employee relations mattersOverseeing the day-to-day running of the officeAbout You:Proven experience in an Office Manager or similar roleStrong working knowledge of HR practices and employment proceduresSolid understanding of compliance requirements (e.g. GDPR, health & safety)Confident in handling sensitive matters such as disciplinary and grievance casesExcellent communication and decision-making skillsAble to lead and support a small team effectivelyHighly organised with strong attention to detailUnderstanding of a sports club (nice to have)Location: South London onsite parkingHours: 20 hours per week, 4 hours per daySalary: Up to £50,000JBRP1_UKTJ
