This is an exciting opportunity to join an independent property management and investment company based in Golders Green, where you’ll support senior leadership, oversee daily office operations, and build strong relationships with external partners across property and finance. If you thrive in a busy, evolving environment and enjoy being the person who keeps everything running seamlessly, this role is a perfect fit.

The Role

As the Office Manager, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of the business, managing the office, supporting the CEO, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring that both internal and external processes run smoothly. No two days will look the same, and your impact will be felt across the entire company.

What You’ll Be Doing

Office Operations & Administration

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the office, keeping everything organised and professional
  • Maintain filing systems, prepare documents, and ensure records are accurate and up to date
  • Manage data entry, database updates, and internal reporting
  • Monitor office supplies, technology, and general upkeep

Executive & Team Support

  • Support the CEO with diary management, meeting coordination, and occasional PA duties
  • Assist the wider team—including property managers and finance contacts—with admin and compliance tasks
  • Keep communication flowing smoothly across internal and external teams

External Relations & Communication

  • Act as first point of contact for suppliers, contractors, and professional partners
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and post with professionalism
  • Process invoices, manage supplier queries, and maintain financial records
  • Work closely with external accountants to support financial workflows

Property & Compliance Coordination

  • Assist with project coordination, follow-ups, and action tracking
  • Support the development of organised systems, processes, and compliance documentation
  • Ensure administrative and property-related tasks stay on track and meet deadlines

Who We’re Looking For

  • Strong office administration experience (property-related experience is beneficial but not essential)
  • Exceptionally organised, resourceful, and detail-oriented
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Capable of working independently while contributing to a small, collaborative team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to pick up new software
  • Comfortable liaising with suppliers, contractors, and external service partners
  • Basic finance or bookkeeping experience is a bonus

Salary, Hours & Benefits

  • Full-Time, Monday–Friday
  • £30,000–£40,000, depending on experience
  • Opportunity for growth and development within a rapidly expanding business
  • Supportive, friendly, and stable work environment

If you're a professional, hands-on Office Manager looking to make a meaningful impact within a growing property company, this could be the ideal next step in your career.
