Job Description
An innovative, luxury creative studio with an inspiring culture and beautifully crafted residential projects is seeking a Team Assistant & Office Manager to join its , social team of around 20.

This is not a traditional property company. All architecture, design, and construction is delivered in-house, creating a highly creative, collaborative, and fast-paced environment. The culture is , social, energetic, and supportive, based in a cool, open-plan studio.
\n\n
The Role:
\n\n
A varied, front-of-house position combining office management, team support, and studio coordination. You will be the face of the business and a key support to Directors and project teams. Key responsibilities include:
\n\n
\n\t
Managing the studio and day-to-day office operations
\n\t
Meeting and greeting visitors; handling phones and meetings
\n\t
Supporting Directors and teams with diary management, travel, and admin
\n\t
Coordinating studio events and team socials
\n\t
Assisting with marketing, sales enquiries, and content shoots
\n\t
Supporting HR admin, onboarding, and finance tasks
\n
\n\n
The Candidate:

\n\t
Proactive, confident, upbeat, and highly organised
\n\t
A true people-person with great energy and high EQ
\n\t
Detail-oriented, stylish, and happy to muck-in
\n\t
Background in property a bonus, but not essential
\n
\n\n

Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm (5 days in the office, occasional WFH flexibility)
