The Role:

  • This role blends EA duties with office coordination and team operations.

  • Primary support for a senior leader, including:\n\t

    • Complex calendar and diary management.
    • \n\t\t
    • International travel planning and logistics
    • \n\t\t
    • Day-to-day administrative support.

    \n\t

  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the office.
  • \n\t
  • Coordinate internal events, team socials, and hospitality.
  • \n\t
  • Manage meeting rooms, vendor relationships, and office supplies.

  • Greet clients and maintain a polished, professional office environment.

  • Work within a small, collaborative team of Executive Assistants and office managers.

About You:

The ideal candidate brings prior EA, PA, Office Coordinator or Team Assistant experience, including diary and travel management.
