About the role:
This role combines three primary elements; data analysis and processing, general administrative duties, and the administration of the Exeter office. You will provide support for a small team working remotely across the UK ensuring that they have everything that they need to complete their day to day tasks effectively. You'll assist in reviewing the work that they produce to ensure that it's accurate and complete.
You'll help colleagues prepare data and reports for our clients you'll be expected to use various IT systems to process documentation. You'll also be liaising with clients and their and you'll be expected to respond to queries.
The key duties for this role are:
Reviewing incoming data and resolving discrepancies
Data processing
Data entry from multiple sources
Logging team progress
Administration of the Exeter office
Preparing tender documentation
Assisting in project setup and mobilisaiton
Management of surveying equipment and software
Preparation of invoices and other documents
Setting up, attending and chairing meetings as required
Minuting meetings, managing action trackers and distributing documentation as required
Verbal or written reporting to Head Of roles, Directors and others as required
Answering ad-hoc client, customer, and queriesIn addition, the candidate may be asked to:
Attend interviews/presentations for projects
Assist with bidding for projects
