Office Administrator - Construction

Are you an Administrator with a background in construction or trade-based role?
A growing electrical and solar installation company based in St Albans, and they're looking for a reliable and proactive Office Administrator to take over essential day-to-day operations and help run a smoother ship!
What You'll be responsible for:
Scheduling jobs and managing the team's calendar
Creating and sending job sheets to engineers
Speaking with customers and booking appointments
Chasing outstanding invoices and reconciling payments
Creating and sending invoices
Supporting sales calls and follow-ups
Managing company social media accounts
Helping the Director streamline and organise daily operations
Training & Support:
Full training provided via Loom video tutorials and ongoing support
You'll be working closely with the Director and our growing team of electricians and solar installers
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in construction or trade-based admin is essential
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident speaking to customers and suppliers on the phone
Comfortable with invoicing platforms (Xero/QuickBooks or similar)
Social media savvy is a bonus
Ready to take ownership of running the office side of the business
