If you thrive in fast-moving environments, love getting under the bonnet of a complex ERP system and want your work to matter this could be the role you've been waiting for.About the role:Take full ownership of the Odoo ERP system across multiple subsidiaries, acting as the go-to expert for the entire business Ensure the stability, accuracy, and smooth day-to-day operation of the platform across international teams Serve as the central point of contact for all things Odoo bridging Operations, Finance, Logistics, and country teams across Africa Maintain and improve system configuration, workflows, and processes to keep the business running at its best Drive data integrity across stock, finance, and reporting giving the business the visibility it needs to make confident decisions Support the rollout of new modules and identify opportunities to bring additional business processes into Odoo over time Own supply chain data completeness, including in-transit stock and shipment pipeline visibility, in collaboration with the Operations team Support the development of operational dashboards and reporting tools for country teams across the continent Lead process automation initiatives and work alongside the Software Team to integrate Odoo with the wider data stack Act as the liaison with external developers and consultancies, escalating complex architectural needs where requiredAbout you:Strong understanding of ERP systems in an operational environmentExperience supporting users across multiple functions (e.g. stock, finance, operations)Ability to manage system configuration and workflowsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailBonus PointsExperience working with Odoo specifically (administrator, analyst, or similar role)Experience with supply chain or inventory management systemsExperience with reporting, dashboards, and data analysisExposure to system integrations or working alongside development teamsExperience working across multiple countries or distributed teamsWhats In It for youCompetitive salary on offerOpportunity to work closely with senior leadershipExposure to international projects with products deployed across AfricaA collaborative and supportive working environment within a mission-driven organisationThe chance to play a key role in a growing technology business with real-world impactInterested in the role?
