Occupational Health Advisor
to deliver bespoke OH services across the wider Ipswich region (within 1 hour travel time). This peripatetic role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to build strong client relationships while working within a friendly, collaborative team. Why Join?

The Role
Deliver the full remit of Occupational Health services at client sites.
Carry out health surveillance, assessments, case management, and health promotion activities.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with GDPR/confidentiality requirements.
Travel within a 1-hour radius of Colchester to support a varied client base.
About You
NMC Registered Nurse (no restrictions).
Occupational Health qualification (Degree/Diploma) preferred but not essential.
Previous experience in Occupational Health is preferred.
Practice or Community Nursing or Functional Assessor experience considered.
A confident communicator, able to work autonomously and manage your workload effectively.
A professional, hands-on approach with a genuine passion for supporting employee health and wellbeing.
