Occupational Health Advisor
to join a welcoming, highly professional and client-focused Occupational Health team. This is a permanent role based in Southampton, with some travel to client sites. Youll work both independently and as part of a supportive team, delivering a high-quality Occupational Health service and building positive relationships with clients and employees. The Role
Manage management referrals and produce clear, professional reports
Deliver health surveillance, statutory medicals, DSE assessments and health screening
Refer cases to Occupational Health Physicians when needed
Work closely with HR, Line Managers and Health & Safety teams
Maintain accurate records, confidentiality and clinical standards
About You
Registered Adult Nurse with active NMC registration
Minimum two years post-registration experience
Occupational Health qualification
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional approach
Enjoy working as part of a collaborative, client-focused team
