Key Responsibilities · Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring safe, effective, and compliant operations. · Maintain CQC compliance and deliver ongoing improvement and environmental action plans. · Provide clinical oversight to ensure residents receive the highest standards of nursing and personal care. · Oversee and ensure safe administration, storage, and recording of medication, in line with NMC and CQC standards. · Build and develop a strong, stable staff team, reducing agency use and improving retention. · Promote high-quality, person-centred care for all residents. · Support and guide digital implementation (electronic care planning and medicine management). · Drive a positive and professional culture within the home.
