REF 109 – HOME MANAGER (COMMISSIONING) – BOWDON AREA - £UP TO 80,000 BASE SALARY AND OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN A UNIQUE PROVIDER

Forest Care Selection are currently working with a luxury care provider delivering exceptional care services in unique settings.

This innovative provider is seeking a Home Manager to drive the commissioning of their new medium sized care and nursing home in the Bowdon area.

This is an exciting and unique opportunity for an established Home Manager to lead on the commissioning of a unique luxury care setting and work with the senior leadership team to set the culture of the home and organisation and shape processes.

The Commissioning Home Manager in Bowdon will:

* Work with the senior leadership on the development of this new build purpose built home and lead on the commissioning of this setting including community engagement, assessments, recruitment and the development of the staff team.

* Provide leadership, guidance and support to the staff team ensuring they deliver the very highest standards of person centred care.

* Hold registration for the home and the oversight of it’s budget.

The Commissioning Home Manager in Bowdon will need:

* Experience of overseeing care and nursing home settings and leading these to Good outcomes with CQC.

* Ideally have commissioning experience though not essential.

* Knowledge and experience of the luxury care market.

* Hold Level 5 Health and Social Care

* Ideally be nurse qualified (RGN/RMN) with active PIN though not essential.

* Thorough knowledge of CQC regulations, Safeguarding and governance systems.

* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
