Team Leader (Room-Based) | 2 Year Olds Location: Cedar Park Day Nursery, Twyford (RG10 9PP) Contract: Fixed-term (912 months) | 37.540 hours per week | 52 weeks per year Working Pattern: MondayFriday, varied shifts between 07:3018:30 Salary: £34,736 £35,422.40 per annum (pro-rata) £16.70 £17.03 per hour

About You You are a confident and experienced early years professional who:
Holds a DfE-approved Early Years qualification at Level 3 or above

Has at least two years experience working within an early years setting

Demonstrates strong knowledge of the EYFS , enabling you to act as a Key Person

Plans and delivers high-quality, engaging learning opportunities tailored to two-year-olds

Observes, assesses, and records childrens development to support progress and outcomes

Is a strong advocate for safeguarding , ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and supported

Is a collaborative and inspiring leader , able to motivate and empower colleagues to deliver outstanding care and reach their full potential
