​Based in Langley, Berkshire our clients very busy Nursery is now looking for a Third in Charge / Nursery Room Leader to join their management team. Salary is c£32k depending on experience, plus great benefits and opportunities to progress further in this growing Company.

Essential for the Nursery Room Leader Role
* Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
* Minimum 1 year’s experience leading a room in a nursery or early years setting
* Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
* Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences within your room and the wider nursery setting
* Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
* Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues in the nursery setting

Ideal Nursery Room Leader Candidate
* Passionate about early years and children’s development within a nursery setting
* Strong team leader, able to motivate and support staff in your room
* Proactive, flexible, and committed to maintaining high standards
* Promotes best practice and ensures a safe, nurturing environment across the nursery setting
