Room Leader

to join our friendly nursery team in Reading. Youll lead both of our under-2s rooms (Baby Room and Toddler Room) and create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our youngest learners.

What we offer: Hourly rate:

£15.50 Hours:

3640 per week Flexible shift patterns : 5 days x 8 hour shifts OR 4 days x 9 hour shifts

About you: Level 3 Early Years Practitioner or equivalent childcare qualification Strong leadership and communication skills A genuine love for working with babies and toddlers Ability to plan engaging activities and support developmental milestones
