About our Nursery Busy Bees East Grinstead, rated Good by Ofsted, has a capacity of 88 children and features a longstanding team dedicated to providing every child with the best start in life. Our manager, who opened the nursery in December 2019, fosters a nurturing and supportive environment. Conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the train station, which offers direct links to London, and only a short 5-minute walk to the town center, we are also situated opposite a leisure center. We provide free parking for staff and offer a four-day working week option, making it an attractive workplace for educators.

Role Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room. Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children.

Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration. Oversee the development and wellbeing of children, ensuring their progress is tracked and communicated with parents. Take on the role of Key Person, ensuring the holistic development and personal care needs of a group of children.

Ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secure environment. Required Qualifications: Ideal Candidate: Level 3 qualification or above in early years education. Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager or Nursery Practitioner. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Passionate about fostering children’s development and creating positive relationships with families.
