Your Role and Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and education in a nurturing, stimulating environment
Plan, observe, and assess childrens development in line with EYFS requirements
Record learning through observations, planning, and progress tracking
Build strong relationships with parents, colleagues, and external professionals
Safeguard children by adhering to all safeguarding procedures and reporting concerns promptly
Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming nursery environment
Participate in training, staff meetings, and nursery events
What We Are Looking For:
Level 2 childcare qualification (or equivalent)
A genuine passion for early years education
A warm, friendly, and professional approach
Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
Strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
