About our Nursery Busy Bees Haywards Heath, rated Outstanding by Ofsted, accommodates 120 children and is part of an expanding and well-respected UK portfolio. Our nursery combines safe and secure facilities with well-trained and qualified staff, along with effective learning programs and play equipment designed to develop children's communication and creative skills. Housed in a beautifully converted Grade II listed building, we offer 72 places, making a significant contribution to the local community. Role Responsibilities: What to Expect as a Nursery Practitioner: Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning. Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Key Person Role: Oversee childrens development, care needs, and build strong family connections. Required Qualifications: What Were Looking For Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education. Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education Skills: Good communication capable or, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
