Support the planning and delivery of engaging activities in line with the

EYFS curriculum Promote childrens learning and development across all areas Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and safeguarding of all children at all times Work as a key person, building strong relationships with children and parents Observe, assess, and record childrens progress Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver outstanding care Requirements

CACHE Level 2 (or equivalent) in Childcare/Early Years Good knowledge of the

EYFS framework Understanding of

safeguarding and child protection procedures Passion for working with children and supporting their development Strong communication and teamwork skills A positive, reliable, and proactive attitude Desirable (but not essential)

Paediatric First Aid Safeguarding training Experience working in a nursery or early years setting Knowledge of observation systems (e.g., Tapestry) What We Offer
