About our Nursery Busy Bees Newbury, rated Good by Ofsted, has a capacity of 104 children and features a longstanding staff team that fosters a supportive and respectful family community. Our nursery is conveniently located on the grounds of Newbury College, offering a peaceful environment for children to learn and grow. Role Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
Take on the role of Key Person, fostering b partnerships with children and their families.
Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
Required Qualifications: What We’re Looking For:Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
Experience working with children under 5.
Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
