Nursery Nurse – Rugby
Location: Rugby, Warwickshire
Contract: Permanent | Hours: Full-time, up to 40 hours per week (4-day week)
Salary: £12.21 per hour (Level 2) | £12.50 per hour (Level 3 and above)

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and learning opportunities for children aged 0–5, in line with the EYFS framework.
Act as a key person, supporting children’s development and maintaining accurate records.
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times.
What We’re Looking For

Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification (essential).
Knowledge: Good understanding of the EYFS.
Experience: Previous nursery/early years experience (desirable).
Attributes: Positive, caring, and enthusiastic attitude.
