Are you an experienced Early Years Nursery Manager with a passion for Montessori-inspired learning and child-led education?

Montessori by Busy Bees London Kenton Preston Hill is seeking an exceptional Nursery Manager to lead our nurturing, purpose-built early years setting and inspire both children and educators to thrive.

With a Level 3 Childcare qualification, a minimum of two years leadership experience, and strong EYFS knowledge, you’ll bring energy, creativity, and vision to a role where learning is meaningful, playful, and child-centred.

Our Nursery – London Kenton Preston Hill

Montessori by Busy Bees London Kenton Preston Hill, rated Good by Ofsted, is a warm, welcoming nursery caring for up to 47 children. Our experienced team creates a safe, stimulating environment where children are encouraged to explore, develop independence, and build positive relationships.

Located in North West London, the nursery is easily accessible by car and public transport:

• Kingsbury Underground Station – approx. 15-minute walk

Required Qualifications:

• We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Nursery Manager whose primary goal is to deliver the highest standards of childcare and early years education.
• You will be resourceful, commercially minded, have strong leadership ability and excellent communication skills.
• You will have strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and be able to prioritise your workload effectively.

• NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3.
• Montessori Qualification or experience in a Montessori setting desirable
• Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• A focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early education.
