Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are met

* Lead, motivate, and manage a team of early years professionals to deliver outstanding care and education

* Develop and implement a high-quality curriculum in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework

* Ensure the safeguarding and welfare of all children, promoting a safe and inclusive environment

* Manage nursery budgets, occupancy levels, and financial performance to support business success

* Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies to support children’s development and well-being

* Conduct regular staff training, appraisals, and performance reviews to ensure professional development

* Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with Ofsted and other regulatory bodies
