About the Role As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Nursery Manager to ensure the highest standards of care, safety, and education for all children.

You will play a key role in building a strong staff team, supporting professional development, and fostering positive relationships with parents.

Key Responsibilities Assist the Nursery Manager in the daily running of the nursery.

Ensure compliance with safeguarding and health & safety regulations.

Support staff recruitment, training, and team development.

Help grow nursery occupancy by building strong parent partnerships.

Maintain a stimulating and nurturing environment for children.

Requirements Childcare qualification at Level 3 or above .

Proven experience in an Early Years setting.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

A genuine passion for supporting childrens learning and development.
