Location: Stourbridge, West Midlands Hours: Full-time – 40 hours per week, all year round Salary: £30,076.80

About the Role

As Deputy Nursery Manager, you will work closely with the Nursery Manager to support the daily running of the nursery and ensure high standards of care, safeguarding, and learning are maintained throughout the setting.

You will play a key role in supporting staff, building strong relationships with families, and helping create a positive environment where children can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Nursery Manager with day-to-day operations Lead the nursery team in the manager’s absence Ensure compliance with EYFS and safeguarding requirements Support staff mentoring and professional development Build positive relationships with children, families, and professionals Maintain a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment Promote high standards of care and learning throughout the nursery
